Join us and be part of an expanding team of Customer Service Agents who work in our Dublin office’s Global Customer Services Function.This role will work on a shift pattern from Saturday to Wednesday working from 2pm to 10pm.

You’ll be responsible for working directly with our customers to enhance their overall experience of our product and the success of their recognition program. You’ll be part of a small team that supports our customers’ employees with activities such as password requests, nomination and redemption of awards, and other general activities through both English and another language,
working a shift matched to the operating hours of the countries that you will support.
