    Your role is key for Workhuman to continuously deliver a best in class customer experience. 


    Working with many different business functions you will coordinating the Supplier Operations with a strategic and operational focus. You will work cross-functionally (product, demand planning, finance, IT, etc.) to evaluate current supplier management practices and make recommendations to drive improvements. You would help identify areas of improvement through analysis and provide recommendations and insights. You would seek out improvements in supplier management processes that result in financial and performance improvements and efficiencies where available

    The value you will deliver

    You will drive Workhuman’s competitive advantage and deliver commercial gain through:

    Improve Workhuman’s supplier selection process

    • Working with the Key stakeholders in determining the criteria for successful supplier selection
    • Supporting the overall Tender process (RFI/RFP)
    • Delivering a fair statement of work that defines the relationship between successful supplier and Workhuman
    • Work with Legal on the negotiations on contract definition that fulfils both the company and supplier requirements
    • Ensuring that all parties are aligned before implementation work begins


    You will monitor contractual agreements

    • You will be evaluating and monitoring contracts to ensure suppliers comply with contractual terms and conditions.
    • Partner internally to develop supplier strategies that result in simplified supplier programs
    • Quarterly reviews




    You will manage key relationships

    • Internally you will work cross functionally to help create the annual expectations and plan.
    • Work with the Key internal teams in developing Workhuman’s supplier strategy
    • You will be responsible for troubleshooting all supplier problems that cannot be resolved by the functional teams
    • Coordinate and manage regular business reviews on an agreed schedule; this is a critical part to defining the drum beat and driving the improvement targets


    Required Skills and Experience

    • 3 + Years’ demonstrated work experience in Supply Chain/Operations environment
    • Previous procurement/partnership management experience essential
    • Demonstrated ability to work well with all levels of management
    • Strong interpersonal, presenting and communication skills
    • Advanced level on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong analytical, organisational and problem solving skills
