    We’re expanding our amazing marketing team with the role of Research Marketing Manager. Reporting into the Director of External Communication,

     

    This person will be based in our Framingham, Massachusetts office and will be the conduit for elevating and expanding awareness of our world-class data science capabilities, results, and innovations. Workhuman’s innovations in human applications are shaping the future of work by helping organizations connect culture to shared purpose and the validation is in our industry-leading data and customer ROI. This is a highly collaborative position, working across all areas of the business to understand the data requirements and develop narratives and stories that inspire and delight. The Research Marketing Manager is a creative thinker that lives and breathes data, and understands how to incorporate the engaging messages that build advocacy and awareness. 

     

    Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications

    Role & Responsibilities 

    • Drive and elevate the visibility for the research and analytics results and innovation from our Workhuman Analytics & Research Institute (WARI).
    • Build out a more comprehensive content marketing calendar for research, aligning content ideas to forthcoming research, industry news, PR, and overall thought leadership
    • Champion inclusion of our industry-leading research and data points within executive presentations, social marketing, PR, and reports, partnering with all key leads internally.
    • Partner with product marketing and sales to help elevate narrative and story around our data science leadership around all key sales initiatives.
    • Partner with demand generation and customer marketing teams to bring new data points and opportunities into marketing campaigns for current and future customers.
    • Adopt both strategic and agile approach to opportunities, aligning with editorial calendar but also bringing new solutions to help bring key data points and micro-content to market quickly.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • 5+ years in experience in technology/software. Research firm and or/journalism experience a plus.
    • Skilled at dissecting data to create marketable data points and stories.
    • Thrives on building relationships internally and externally that can expand our visibility and influence.
    • Confident professional who knows how to navigate high-growth companies and management to get things done.
    • A strong analytical mind; the ability to compile, read, interpret data, and make recommendations based on analysis.
    • Strong writing and content creation skills – with the ability to create a wide range of materials.
    • Top notch collaborative skills, with the ability to work with many people at once and be open to new ideas and suggestion
    • High emotional intelligence a must
    • Motivated self-starter who seeks for new ways of approaching opportunities.
    • Ability to travel to conferences and events as needed by the role and business.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
