    The Learning and Development team play a critical role in supporting our employees. As a Learning Business Partner, you will work directly with various stakeholders from across the business, providing day-to-day consulting support on how best to equip their teams with the right skills and behaviours to drive business success.

    Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications

    The value you will deliver:

    • Manage relationships with multiple internal stakeholders to consult on their people capability gaps and help develop relevant plans for training and learning which will drive business performance.
    • Develop strategic, engaging learning interventions that are aligned to our business goals
    • Manage the implementation of learning solutions, inspiring learners with your amazing facilitation and storytelling skills.
    • Coordinate, implement and manage learning and development projects across the full learning cycle. Develop and maintain project plans and schedule, communicating changes in scope as needed in a timely manner and drive excitement with your skills in marketing learning.
    • Manage day-to-day L&D vendor relationships, ensuring accountability so that key milestones and targets are met and quality of output is exceptional.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs, gathering feedback and assessing training effectiveness to continuously improve learning content
    • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing training outcomes data and trends.
    • Create experiential activities geared towards adult learners.
    • Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and spearhead the development of inspirational peer-to-peer learning, using multiple channels (video, pdf checklists, etc.)
    • Design and develop fit-for-purpose blended learning programs, with classroom, virtual classroom, and self-paced training content using both traditional and rapid development strategies.
    • Ensure training is innovative, engaging and makes use of the latest learning technologies.
    • Continuously assess the effectiveness of the learning solutions, ensuring learning solutions evolve as the business evolves.
    • Ensure global consistency on our learning strategy between our two offices in Dublin and Framingham.

    If the following traits sound like you, you might be the right person for the job…

    • 3+ years’ experience in managing learning projects and/or training development.
    • Degree or qualification in Organisational Psychology, Managing Organisational Learning or equivalent work experience
    • Strong organizational and project management skills and experience running strategic projects with cross-functional team. Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeframes
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
    • Experience of internal or external L&D consultancy and comfortable managing senior leader relationships.
    • Experience working within learning technologies, e-learning authoring tools, video production, learning management systems or learning experience platforms.
    • Experience crafting, developing or curating learning that supports functional and technical job skills.
    • Knowledge and understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies for classroom based, self-guided and virtual training.
    • Experience with delivering interactive in-person and virtual training sessions.
    • High aptitude for managing and solving tactical issues.
    • Strong sense of personal accountability for driving results.
    • Ability to be self-directed and work independently, as well as keep up-to-speed with the latest trends in learning and performance.
    • Quickly and effectively shifts gears to meet changing business requirements.
    • Experience with adult learning principles, design tools and multimedia (basic HTML coding skills, digital learning design, e-learning, video production).
    • Ability to create storyboarding and produce video or animations would be advantageous
    • Experience with social learning, informal learning, communities, mentoring programs, management and leadership development, digital learning, video learning
    • Awareness of how to be inclusive for our diverse workforce and how to adapt learning solutions to cater to a blend of head-office based and remote workers
