    Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications

    The value you will deliver:

    • Create and evangelize the 12-24 month strategic roadmap, in partnership with Director Ecommerce International, to deliver on new and incremental merchandise assortment, improved user experience and margin growth in EU, Asia and LATAM
    • Drive the collection, category and key brand growth, redemptions, conversion and margin, in these focus markets. Manage pipeline of new vendors across multiple stages of onboarding.
    • Develop and execute integrated supplier expansion strategy, building on existing foundation and determining optimal assortment offering to maximize revenue and profitability growth through a combination of data analytics, deep understanding and review of our customers’ needs and interests.
    • Lead team in determining latest trends & drive strategic catalogue expansion, including the identification of selection gaps and category opportunities to increase the offering in all markets
    • Negotiate with current and potential International suppliers to secure best pricing, promotions, marketing opportunities and terms for Workhuman; coach and develop team around negotiations and persuasive communication skills
    • Optimize promotional space to drive better margin growth, develop and manage ecommerce merchant distribution as it evolves and expands, and be able to demonstrate the influence merchandise placement and specifically, Collections, can offer to a merchant network
    • Champion progress and influence the Product Develop team roadmap, get new features and functionality, to maximize margin growth and user experience to be best in class. Supporting the overall site vision and ensuring a quality customer experience, while focusing on project goals and delivery dates
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on plans and constantly evolve our offering – including Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Customer Service
    • Support client and prospect needs by serving as the expert on our merchandise offering and capabilities and providing regular data, presentations, and general input into sales and retention pitches and incorporating client needs and interests into our merchandise strategy
    • Demonstrate a strong leadership presence and communication skills to represent Workhuman at all levels of our clients’ organizations (including C Level)

    Skills & Qualifications

    • 8-10+ years of Retail / eCommerce / Merchandising or Consulting experience
    • Deep experience in supplier negotiations; able to communicate effectively and sell our strategic roadmap to key stakeholders and c-suite level contacts from large companies and suppliers, to improve company profitability and customer experience
    • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, be adept at intense problem-solving and managing multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
    • Desire to make an impact on business decisions with data; possess a balance of strong quantitative and analytical skills with a passion in business and leadership
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey and distribute information to line worker through executive management
    • Demonstrated success as a positive people leader and mentor, with experience in growing and developing high-performing teams
