    Our Supply Chain Department is focused on delivering an exceptional experience Globally, delivering the right product, at the right place, at the right time. Due to the continued growth in our business and our expanding Global Supply Chain Network, an exciting opportunity has come up for a Merchandise Coordinator based in our Head Office in Dublin.

     

     

    What you’ll do

     

    In this role you will have responsibility for Merchandise Product within the Workhuman Supply Chain and Operations group. You will gather, analyse, report, flag and highlight all performance issues and escalations on Merchandise Product with the relevant stakeholders, both Internally and externally. You will work as the main interface between Product, Finance and Internal Operations as well as coordinating with our external Merchandise Partners.  You are process driven, you demonstrate enthusiasm to learn new technologies and possess a continuous improvement mindset.

     

    Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications

    • You have excellent communication and relationship building skills.
    • Experience in SLA tracking, KPI reporting and partner management
    • Experience in producing Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly dashboard’s that will be viewed by senior management, including a review of partner performance highlighting pertinent issues that arose during the reporting period.
    • Experience of identifying and understanding business trends, developing and communicating actionable insights based on relevant trend information.
    • Experience Coordinating and tracking relevant weekly meeting with the partners. Ensuring that accurate minutes and issue logs are kept up to date and shared with the relevant teams.
    • Experience Coordinating efforts on open ticket items with partners and monitoring agreed timing on ticket resolution.
    • Experience dealing with Customer Support, assisting and advising on issues that arise throughout the supply Chain.
    • Experience of customer returns process, coordinating with relevant teams on returns by our customer. Ensuring that all the financial aspects of the process are followed through.

    1. You are excellent at building relationships with internal and external partners, at all levels.
    2. You are the holder of a supply chain, logistics or business degree and ideally have 2 years' experience working in a Global Supply Chain environment.
    3. You have a good business acumen and a continuous improvement mindset.
    4. You have excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy.
    5. You have excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
    6. You have high energy and demonstrate resilience, and you want to bring your career to the next level in a fast-paced environment.
