The Senior Marketing Programs Manager will plan and execute Workhuman’s event focused audience acquisition campaigns, including online media placements, content offers and lead nurturing campaigns. In this role, you will establish an ongoing cadence of campaigns aimed at segmented target audiences that generates event awareness, drives registration, and nurtures relationships pre and post event.
You will develop and lead a comprehensive portfolio of campaigns across multiple audience segments and events. The campaigns will be designed to nurture, engage and attract audiences to Workhuman events throughout the year. S/he will be the be a marketing strategist for assigned segments/events and will oversee campaign roll-out across channels. This role will own campaigns from end-to-end while working with Marketing Automation, Content, Events, and other colleagues to ensure all programs are flawlessly executed and highly effective. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to think strategically, while also executing diligently, in order to maximize the impact of each campaign on audience acquisition and revenue growth.
